It will have PVC on the back of the slat and the fabric you choose on the front. This gives you the advantages of PVC (rigidity, durability, and light blocking), while maintaining a beautiful natural fabric on the front. Our inserted fabric vertical blind features the Decomatic track, your choice of two PVC backing colors (White or Off-White), and your choice of valance.
