2007 BlindCrafter Of The Year Comfortex Window Fashions, a leading innovative manufacturer and fabricator of custom window treatment products for global distribution, is proud to announce the 2007 Comfortex BlindCrafter of the Year award recipient. Advanced Blind and Shade, of Soquel, California received the award at the 2008 BlindCrafter National Convention in Jackson Hole, WY. The Comfortex BlindCrafter program is a comprehensive business strategy that provides retail fabricators with a unified brand name, ongoing business, marketing, technical support and certified on-site training for building and selling popular custom blinds and shades. Celebrating 17 years in business, Advanced Blind and Shade first came on board with Comfortex as Composers 16 years ago and were one of the first BlindCrafters to join the program at its inception in 2002. In 2005 they added a newly remodeled showroom and new fabrication facility where through the BlindCrafter program they fabricate several brands of Comfortex shades.
